With GoToReservations Suite 2009, you can manage all aspects of your Promotions from a single interface – from initial configuration to analyzing the effectiveness and usage of individual promotions in generating sales.  

Setting up promotions within the suite is easy. You can set up criteria-based Promotions or setup up global promotions that apply across the entire service portfolio. In addition, the System Administrators can define maximum limits on promotions, as well as change status of Promotions manually when required. You can use the GoToReservations Suite 2009 to configure discounts based on any combination of a range of pre-defined criteria:

  • Tiered Discounts with Spend Check
    Promotions for customers with Spend Amount within a specified range
  • Discounts at Specified Venues
    If you have more than one venues, you can select the venues where discounts are applicable. For instance, you can use this feature to amplify demand at launch of a venue, or during regional events
  • Specific Date/Time Range
    Apply discounts when reservation is for a specific date or time range. You can use this feature, for instance, to setup Happy Hours for your venues
  • Specific Time-slots
    Apply additional discounts for specific time-slots
  • Promocodes Setup/Redemption
    Use Promocodes in conjunction with Gift Certificates to enable customers to get additional discounts wherever applicable

What’s more, you can choose whether discounts are applied in combination or in exclusion (or a particular sequence), or even whether a customer gets to choose which promotion he wants to take while making the reservsation .

The GoToReservations Suite doesn’t just stop at enabling you to define promotions, it also provides a host of features to enable seamless operations with promotions. For instance, the suite enables multiple promotions to be active at any given time, and provide recommendations/decision support to end-customers in case more than one promotions are valid for a reservation. 

Selected promotions (auto/manual) are automatically added to the shopping cart/purchase process so you don’t have to bother about manual calculations and tallying of records.
