GoToReservations is a brand owned by Netsoft Informatics Private Limited (”Netsoft”), a company duly incorporated in the Republic of India. GoToReservations.com (hereinafter referred to as GTR) has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy of information collected through this website as well as our products, notably the various versions of the GoToReservations Suite.

1. What information GTR collects from you when you visit the GoToReservations.com Website and the GoToReservations Suite versions?
GTR does not collect any personally identifiable information from you (e.g., name, street address, telephone number, email address) unless you voluntarily choose to disclose such information on the relevant forms on the website. We ask only for the information we need to provide the service/response you have requested and to keep a record of purchases or the intention to purchase this product. If you have indicated your preference to receive marketing communications from us, we may use your contact information to let you know of our latest products, services or updates/upgrades to the products you own or have expressed your interest in. You do not need to provide us with information to use this Website. You may choose to “opt out” of being contacted by choosing not to provide information to us. ( See Section 3 below ). You may ‘choose’ to register with GTR. Registration is not a requirement to use this website, although this is, however, required in order to download certain materials published/provided on this website. To register, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. When you register, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, title, company name, address, and other details as deemed fit for the purpose. Once you register with GTR, you are no longer anonymous to us, although we do collect your geo-location information using IP-based tracking for marketing/reporting/security purposes. All information collected is used for research on collective usage patterns, and site customizations to suit individual requirements. GTR does NOT disclose or share this information with any third-party.
Email Alerts
You may sign up to receive email alerts on changes to the GoToReservations.com website, such as when new information is posted to the website, when new information is added to the GoToReservations event calendar on the website, when new press releases are added to the Website, or other similar changes. To subscribe for these alerts, you must provide GTR with your email address. GTR will only use your email address to send you the alert you requested or other information you choose. Document Submission
GoToReservations allows you to submit various documents, such as profile/resume for career-seekers, and RFPs from prospective clients. The information you submit is automatically directed to the person/s concerned and archived for future reference. This process is secure and the information is not disclosed to any third parties. Information collected may however be shared internally on a need-to-know basis, or with our partners in order to service the requests.
Contact and Questions
You may submit questions, comments, or concerns to us on the GoToReservations.com Website. Any information that GTR receives in this manner will NOT be shared with any third party. We will only use the information to respond to your inquiry and may share it internally to improve our service offerings/levels.
Contests and Special Offers
GTR conducts regular contests and surveys and has special offerings for its current and prospective customers. Use of IP Addresses
An Internet Protocol (”IP”) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When visitors request pages from GoToReservations.com, our servers log the visitors’ IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a visitor’s session will be logged for geo-location tracking purposes, but the visitor remains anonymous to us. Netsoft collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to audit the use of our site, as well as to maintain a secure operating environment for our website. 3. How can I Opt-Out of any information presented on this site?
When you register at any of Netsoft’s online properties, including GoToReservations.com, and other web properties owned and operated by Netsoft Informatics Pvt Ltd, or participate in a survey or contest, we give you the option of receiving communications from us at your email address. By clicking on the checkmarks beside the boxes on the applicable pages, you can opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners. What are cookies?
Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The cookie assigns you an ID, which allows GTR to recognize you when you return to the GoToReservations.com website. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
7. How you can access your information?
If you have given GTR information in the past and now wish to view, change, or delete such information, please contact GTR using the Contact form provided on this site. Upon receipt, GTR will make reasonable efforts to provide you with a copy of your information or to make the changes you have requested.
In some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms of Use, or provide information required by law, the information you have requested be removed will be retained by GTR in our files. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical constraints and the fact that we back up our systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases immediately in response to your requests.
